Family Yoga

This is a one hour class of interactive family yoga, breathing and relaxation.  The class has a different theme time to make yoga fun for children.  It's a relaxed environment and I always think it's nice for the children to take an organic interest, to let them join in when they have the confidence to.  The class is themed and often involves partner yoga and even fun on the swings when in the studio. There are always breathing techniques and a relaxation too! Bring your entire family to yoga and practice together! This class presents an opportunity to cultivate emotional and physical bonding within your family and community. Family yoga includes postures for the whole family and we make sure that everyone has enjoyable experience. All levels welcome.
